In 2004, Australia’s first private debt firm was launched from a home office in a Melbourne suburb. Inspired by traditional style of European merchant banks, Farrel Meltzer founded Wingate with a modern twist to ‘enlarge and enrich’ the lives of those with whom Wingate interacts.
